A path that adapts to you

Many methods impose a fixed scheme that body and mind are meant to fit into. In my experience this almost inevitably creates micro-tensions – subtle, often unconscious hardenings that accumulate over years.

QSH-Release works differently. We start with what is actually present in you right now: your posture, your breath, your attention. From this a path emerges that fits you intuitively – instead of a method you have to adapt to.

01 · Relaxation technique

Learn to breathe again

What do you do to relax? Sit in front of the TV? Perhaps you do sports. Yet unconsciously many of us spend a large part of the day sitting – and acquire a posture that directly restricts our breathing, and with it our oxygen intake.

Poor posture and shallow breathing produce a tense body and a restless mind that holds on to problems. This often shows itself in symptoms that seem unrelated: joint pain, migraine, allergies, fatigue, general unease.

In the 2-hour activation package you learn simple breathing exercises for everyday life and we look together at how you can re-activate your energy. No radical change – small steps towards more harmony and relaxation.

02 · Back training

Take care of the back that carries you

In predominantly sedentary work the back is under constant strain – and at the same time hardly used. Tension, lumbago and slipped discs often build up long before you see them coming.

With a daily training programme of just a few minutes, tailored to your current condition, the back can be stabilised – even when problems are already there.

Level 1

Basic

No acute complaints, but every now and then something twinges. You learn exercises that strengthen the back before problems arise.

Level 2

Intermediate

More noticeable complaints are already present. We work on specific areas of the back and reduce the complaints clearly – with exercises you continue on your own.

Level 3

Intensive

Severe complaints or deeper interest: you get to know the muscle and tissue strands that carry well-being, and an intensive training that has lasting effects.

03 · Self-defence

Confident presence – also without conflict

In everyday life we rarely end up in real physical confrontations. What is widespread, however, is the uneasiness of being out alone at night. Self-defence does not only take this uneasiness away – it adds to an active, positive sense of the body.

In one-to-one training or small groups you learn to prevent conflict situations from arising in the first place through self-assured presence – and to defend yourself when needed. No prior experience required.

From more than three decades of martial arts experience and training as a Systema instructor (Russian Martial Art) I have selected movement sequences that work even under stress. You learn to stay calm in a conflict situation through breath and movement.

About Jens Palm

Trust – first in yourself

Quantum Strike Healing opens paths to a healthy, lively everyday life. The foundation is trust: in yourself, in others, in your own perception. We are often surrounded by limiting factors that keep us in a pattern of seeking and striving.

Encouraging your own initiative

My role is to support and inspire. The actual process – change, strengthening, improvement of quality of life – takes place in you and through you. Together we develop a treatment course and a training plan with which you can help yourself and gain a deeper understanding of your self-healing capacity.

Background

Martial arts
More than 30 years of practice – Judo, Karate, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, Kickboxing, Wing-Tsun. Intensive Systema study since 2008 (teachers: Mikhail Ryabko, Vladimir Vasiliev, Konstantin Kamorov and others).
Healing practices
Quantum Touch practitioner, Reiki training, experience in several areas of naturopathy, osteopathic approaches.
